Bald Eagles on Catalina Island
Catalina Island host a breeding program for Bald Eagles. The Eagles are making a come back from a DDT contamination that almost wiped them out completely on the channel islands. Today there are several breeding pairs of Bald Eagles on the island. You can view the eagles live on a web cam here.
